- 2 to 3 limes, thoroughly washed
- 1 can (355 mL) of Montellier Lime Sparkling Water
- 3 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
- About 1 cup of ice
1) In a food processor, pulse the limes and sparkling water a few times to extract the juice, being careful not to blend the limes completely.
2) Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the pulp and lime pieces, keeping only the juice.
3) Return the juice to the food processor and add the sweetened condensed coconut milk and ice.
4) Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
