Maple, Mint & Grapefruit Mocktail

Ingredients

- 4 tbsp fine maple sugar, divided
- 1 pink grapefruit wedge
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 can Montellier Grapefruit Sparkling Water
- A few ice cubes, for serving


Instructions

1) In a small plate, add about 2 tbsp of maple sugar.

2) Rub a grapefruit wedge around the rim of two glasses, then dip the rims into the maple sugar to coat.

3) In a small bowl, gently muddle the mint leaves with the remaining maple sugar using a pestle. Divide the mixture between the two glasses.

4) Fill the glasses with ice.

5) Carefully top with Montellier Grapefruit Sparkling Water. Serve immediately.
