Montellier Peach Contest Rules
Contest Organizer
The contest is organized by Alex Coulombe Ltd., owner of the Montellier brand.
Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Contest Period
The contest begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on July 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Participants must complete the entry form available on the Montellier website during the contest period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, unless otherwise specified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) Montellier inflatable chairs;
One hundred (100) cans of Montellier Peach awarded in the form of redeemable coupons, consisting of ten (10) coupons, each valid for ten (10) cans.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Prize Draw
A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
Prize Claim
The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at the time of entry.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of the email being sent in order to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If no response is received within this period, Alex Coulombe Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify that participant and select an alternate winner.
General Conditions
By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules. Alex Coulombe Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest, in whole or in part, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it. Decisions made by the contest organizer regarding any aspect of the contest are final and binding.
Personal information collected in connection with the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
