1. Giveaway Organizer
The “Joy of Sharing” giveaway is organized by Alex Coulombe Ltée, distributor of the Montellier brand (hereinafter the “Organizer”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on December 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on December 17, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open exclusively to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
The following persons are not eligible:
• Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Organizer;
• Advertising and promotional agencies associated with the giveaway;
• Immediate family members of the persons listed above (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and any persons living in the same household.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. How to Enter
During the giveaway period, participants must:
1. Visit Montellier’s official website at www.montellier.ca;
2. Complete all required fields on the entry form;
3. Submit their entry before the Contest closing date.
6. Entry Limit
One (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Contest Period.
Any attempt to enter more than once or to use multiple email addresses will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the organizer.
7. Prizes
A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.
Each winner will receive:
• A CAD $500 grocery gift card to give to a person of their choice; and
• A CAD $500 donation made to an eligible Canadian charitable organization selected by the winner from the list approved by the Organizer.
Approximate retail value of each prize: CAD $1,000 (4 prizes of CAD $1,000 each).
The charitable organization selected must be one of the following:
• Food Banks Canada
• Breakfast Club of Canada
• Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Canada
• Centraide Canada
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
8. Draw
The draw(s) will take place on or about December 18, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
Selected entrants will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days following the draw.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
1. Respond within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt;
2. Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic assistance;
3. Provide any information reasonably required by the organizer;
4. Sign, if requested, a declaration and release form.
Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in disqualification, and another entrant may be selected.
10. Donation to the Selected Charity
The CAD $500 donation will be paid directly to the charitable organization selected by the winner, subject to eligibility verification by the organizer.
No portion of the donation will be paid directly to the winner.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries;
• Technical, computer, or network failures;
• Any human or technical error related to the administration of the giveaway.
12. Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used solely for giveaway administration purposes and will be handled in accordance with Montellier’s Privacy Policy.
13. Modification or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of any circumstance beyond its control that compromises the administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.
14. Acceptance of Rules
By entering the giveaway, each participant acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
15. Applicable Laws
The giveaway is governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec.
