INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana, mashed

2 eggs

1/3 cup of cocoa powder

½ cup sugar

¼ cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour

1 can (355 ml) Montellier sparkling water

100 g dark chocolate 70%, chopped

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F and place the rack in the center. Oil a 12 muffin pan, then set aside.

2. Using a blender, grind the banana, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar and vegetable oil to obtain a smooth mixture, then transfer everything to a large bowl.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients, then stir to form a paste, no more.

4. Divide the batter into the muffin pan, then bake for 30 minutes.
