INGREDIENTS

2 cups of peaches (about 2 peaches), cut into cubes

½ cup vanilla yogurt

1 can (355 ml) Montellier sparkling water with lime

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the peach’s cubes in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours to freeze them well.

2. Heat the peach’s cubes in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds (or let stand at room temperature for a few minutes) so that the peaches are still frozen, but slightly less hard.

3. In a food processor or blender, grind the peach’s cubes with the vanilla yogurt to obtain a homemade ice cream.

4. Divide the ice among 2 long glasses, then pour the sparkling water.

5. Taste immediately.
