Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grapefruit segments
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 can of Montellier grapefruit sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients except the sparkling water in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the sparkling water afterward and stir gently.
