1.5 oz Gin
3 fresh raspberries
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Simple syrup
1/2 egg white
A few slices of fresh cucumber
Regular Montellier sparkling water or grapefruit
Garnish: raspberry picks
1. In a shaker, crush the raspberries with a pestle.
2. Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup and half an egg white.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
4. Stain and pour the drink in a glass with fresh ice.
5. Add Montellier sparkling water and stir.
6. Garnish with a raspberry pick.
