THE ENERGIZING ONE
1 medium orange
½ tsp. of fresh ginger, finely grated on a microplane
1 tablespoon or ½ oz (15 ml) of Patience Fruit & Co’s Pure Unsweetened Organic Cranberry Juice
1 can (355 ml) of lemon Montellier sparkling water
Orange wedges or orange ribbons
Peel the orange, clementine, grapefruit and ginger.
2. In the food processor or blender, blend the citrus fruits into a smooth, liquid puree. Double-strain through a fine strainer into a chilled glass.
3. Add the ginger and cranberry juice. Add in the can of lemon Montellier sparkling water. Mix gently with a spoon, making sure to preserve the bubbles.
4. Garnish with wedges or ribbons of oranges.
